These guidelines are in place to keep things organized, respectful of everyone’s time, and to make the process easier for both you and me. Thank you for understanding and supporting a smooth booking experience! 💕 __________________________ Please note: Live surveillance is in use in the suite for safety and security. ⚠️ ⚠️ Please read carefully before booking: • Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your appointment. They will be applied to your final balance. Deposits can be transferred once if there's notification 48hours prior to appointment requesting to reschedule. An additional deposit will be required if you need to reschedule again. • Late Policy: (STRICTLY ENFORCED) There is a 5 minute grace period. After 5 minutes, a $25 late fee will be added to your total. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled or rescheduled, and the deposit will be non-transferable. Please plan accordingly and keep traffic and travel time in mind. • Cancellations/Reschedules: Must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit. • No Extra Guests: This helps maintain a calm & professional space. There is a waiting area out front if need be. • Appointment Prep: Please arrive free of any styles (twists, two strand, braids, etc.). If I have to take down a style, a $40 inconvenience fee will be added to your total. • Photography Notice: Client photos/videos may be taken for portfolio or promotional use. By booking, you agree to be photographed unless stated otherwise at your appointment. • Satisfaction Policy: If you have any concerns about your hair, you have 24 hours to contact me for adjustments. No monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances. • Payment Policy: Final payment must be made in cash only & upfront at the start of your appointment. If you choose to pay using any other platform (CashApp, Zelle, etc.), a $ 25 fee will be added to your total—no exceptions. Cancellation Policy
